Two Princes
Graduating actors from Drama Studio London present Two Princes by Meredydd Barker, directed by Jonathan Kemp, performed at The Playground Theatre from 15th July to 17th July
Tensions run high in this topical political play about art, history and society.
A rift emerges over the commemoration of the relic Prince Ianto, which draws a Welsh community into its past.
Could their money be better spent creating a prosperous future? Or is it a celebratory piece of art?
How To Book Your Ticket
We are selling seats for this show in reduced capacity in accordance with current social distancing guidelines.
Seats are being sold in groups of two or groups of four. ONE ticket will get you either two sets or four seats.
For example if there are two of you, buy ONE ticket of ‘Ticket For Two’ – this will give you two seats together. One ‘Ticket for Four’ gives you four seats together and so on.
Each individual ticket as named (subject to availability) gives you:
Ticket For Two = one ticket gets you two seats clustered together
Ticket For Four = one ticket gets you four seats clustered together
We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause but the venue has to ensure the safety and well-being of all patrons visiting the theatre and the seating restrictions enable us to comply with these requirements and still stage live theatre for you to enjoy.
Latecomers
To ensure the health and safety of all audience members, performers and theatre staff and reduce the risk of Covid-19 cross-contamination we regret that any latecomers will not be permitted into the Theatre.
Departure
The rules keep changing but we are now able to allow you to remain in the building after last orders, which is normally just before 10pm, until the Bar closes its doors. The theatre will normally shut its doors by 10pm, but you are welcome to remain in the Bar to chat until closing time, which is normally around 10.30pm.
Covid19
Please ensure you bring and wear a mask in the theatre or purchase one from the box office. Please be advised that if anyone attending shows signs of being unwell or receives a temperature test that indicates they may be affected by Covid19, the venue reserves the right to refuse admission in the interests of health and safety of all patrons in the theatre.
Temperature checks may be taken at point of entry.
Track and Trace – as your contact details have been given at point-of-purchase for your tickets, this is sufficient for the venue’s obligation to hold a list of people visiting the theatre in the event of a Covid risk.
Please note all seating purchases are final and refunds in part or in whole cannot be made if you or a member of your party is unable to attend or is refused entry due to late arrival or as a result of a high temperature check or showing symptoms associated with Covid-19.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
