A Merchant of Venice Master Class is on Monday 2 March at, 2.00pm. Theatre director and RSC Honorary Associate Artist Bill Alexander will lead a two-hour Masterclass on A Merchant of Venice. This Master Class is suitable for anyone with a love of Shakespeare.

Acting students from Drama Studio London will assist Bill in the masterclass, which will focus on themes within the play. The Masterclass is for anyone with either a love of and interest in Shakespeare or for those curious to know more and see a master of his profession at work. The master class will run for two hours and will be followed by questions from the audience (30 minutes).

Bill began his career at the Bristol Old Vic and joined the RSC in 1977 where he was Resident and then Associate Director until 1992.
